  Nathaniel worked diligently to remove my clog of feathers created by washing a down comforter. Unfortunately, the hydraulic snake he used was not sufficient to clear the drain. After 4 attempts , he determined a jet hydraulic tool was required for the removal. He made the arrangements for an appointment the next day with a technician who would have the right tool. Nathaniel was professional throughout and did not charge me as he was unable to complete the job! Excellent service with kindness!

  Nathaniel was fantastic. When we couldn’t get a plumber out for 4-5 days, he came out within a matter of hours and was able to fix our clog at a reasonable rate. Would recommend him to anyone looking for plumbing services.
