Donovan was fantastic and I didn’t know what to expect. But he arrived and within seconds of me explaining/showing him the issue, he went off his knowledge and experience to troubleshoot the issue (garbage disposal just hummed) and he was right. Within a minute or two the disposal was working and he quickly cleared up what was blocking it as well and explained the entire situation. He provided a maintenance solution (Pipe Shield) for maintaining pipes throughout the house and explained when and how to apply it. Very professional, nice, and friendly and I highly recommend him and Roto Rooter for any plumbing problems. Will definitely be my first call in the future.

Donovan was my technician for this service. He was timely and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved the leak. The other parts of the Roto-Rooter team worked with my insurance company on my claim and quickly came to look at the damages to check for anything needing remediation. Very satisfied with my service.

Tim was wonderful when assisting us at our home. Not only was he quick at finding the source of our problem, he was communicative with all of the details and came back first thing the next morning and fixed it immediately. I would definitely request him again if any issues occurred in our home in the future and would recommend him to others.
