Called day prior to set up appointment. Jessica was extremely helpful. They called before coming and were prompt. Tyler was our service technician. He was professional, courteous and thorough in answering all our questions. My husband and I were impressed by his knowledge and service. Would not hesitate to use them again.

This guy's were super fast and prompt. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable and took care of us. We are beyond grateful that we were without water for such a short time because of their quick response. The repair was complete in a timely fashion and everything was left neat and clean. We will be calling them for any future needs. Thank you!

House began to smell of sewage so I called Roto-Rooter of Columbus, Ga. Tyler came out and quickly assessed and identified the source of the problem. Tyler completed repairs and showed me the progress from start to finish. The repair looks great and we are pleased with the result. Tyler also made some other recommendations for us to consider and these recommendations are greatly appreciated. I will be using this company if any other plumbing issues arise in the future and hope Tyler is the technician that responds.
