Enough good things cannot be said concerning the services of this company! Everyone I spoke with exemplified customer service. They were kind and very personable. It made me feel they really cared and also that they enjoyed what they were doing. Dave, the technician that did our toilet installation was AWESOME! I highly recommend that anytime there is a plumbing problem you contact them!

My drains clogged farther down the line than I could get to. I used Roto-Rooter before and liked their services, specifically the tech Tyler. He had come to my house twice now and it's just nice to have a familiar and super friendly face like his show up! He is very kind and when I found out I had to wait a little longer because he was on another job, I told dispatch that I'd wait because he is a great guy and seems like a genuinely good person! Thanks Tyler, I know it was 9pm by the time you got here but you were friendly and energetic as the last time you came. Take care!

Roto Rooter responded to my newly found leak within hours of me calling. They even sent a technician to perform cleanup, which I would have used if there had been significant levels of leaking. The plumbing technician arrived early, worked quickly, gave me an accurate estimate on the spot (a bit pricey, but I was paying for the immediate attention and convenience) and completed the work within 2 hours. He ensured I had a thorough explanation of what was fixed and explained the 30 day warranty on his work.
