Service tech Brian was very professional and proficient. Got right to work on issue and took my opinion into consideration. He also educated and gave good feedback on how to prevent it from happening again and common causes. Overall was a great worker with good attitude.

RR cleaned a massive hoard of tree roots that had taken up residence in the main line between our home and the street. The technicians were timely, personable, and professional. The line was cleared quickly and completely. We are very pleased.

Brian was really nice and was honest and upfront about costs. My pipe was clogged because it was frozen and while he tried everything he could, he couldn’t unfreeze it due to the weather being so cold and the freeze causing thick ice to clog my pipes. Brian was able to give me advice that would not cost me a whole lot of money to unfreeze the pipe.
