They did great work on a very complicated problem. They provided same day weekend emergency service even in the snow and 20 degree temperatures. They were polite, considerate, respectful and friendly. I felt completely comfortable having them in my home-- as a single woman I am very cautious about this, especially at night. They worked very quickly and professionally. I have complete confidence in their work. They explained the paperwork and followed up with email copies. Add them to the contacts on your phone!

Representative, Blake, was very professional, courteous and efficient in solving my plumbing issues. Initially, there was miscommunication on the appointment time but it was immediately corrected. The representative showed up within the time-frame ready to go to work. He began by asking me to explain my plumbing issues and from there he quickly resolved them all. He was even very considerate of not getting my newly installed carpet dirty! I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and the representative Blake. Keep up the great work!
