My Service Technician was Russell, and he was fantastic. Excellent, Timely service that was great value. He installed a new water line for a Refrigerator in our Home since there wasn't one in place. Would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter and to ask for Russell.

Excellent work, helpful and knowledgeable service person, explained everything he was doing and why, answered all my questions but it's quite high-priced. Sewer line from the house to the street was plugged up again, an ongoing problem until I have it all dug up and replaced. Drain snake clean out max 40' of pipe was $415. Not sure I'll use them again.

Matthew was our service tech who helped us with our clogged kitchen sink. He was very professional and gave us great tips how to keep everything clean and prevent clogs in the future. I would definitely use their services again if needed!!
