  Johnathan Williams arrived, on time, to unclog my bathtub drain. However, when he arrived i had just finished plunging it for the fifth time and i finally got it cleared. When he arrived i told him I needed to cancel the request because the water was draining. He said no problem and he asked if he could come in and make sure it was draining. He checked it out and gave me the thumbs up. He was really pleasant and very professional. He put my mind at ease. You have a valuable employee in Johnathan.

  The dispatcher was helpful and friendly and got someone out right away. Jacob, the plumber, was also friendly, competent, helpful, kind, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand I can't say enough good about both of them. Also, Jacob's manager was also extremely helpful. Wonderful customer service!

  I hired RR to repair a P-trap in my business bathroom. I received the quote of $400 to complete the service. Because the drainage pipes were not easily accessible, no work was actually performed. So, essentially, I paid $200 for an estimate and still don't have a functional bathroom. I can totally understand them charging a trip charge, but charging half the cost of the complete repair that didn't happen leaves a sour taste. I will probably use another service next time. This is not a reflection on the repairman that came out. He gets his direction elsewhere.
