  Highly recommend! Friendly service, fair pricing, and knowledgeable staff all around! Scheduling: The customer service representative was knowledgeable and kind. He even gave me a few tips for my new home while scheduling my plumbing services. Plumbing services: Bill was very kind and knowledgeable. He too, helped me learn the workings of my home. His transparency was much appreciated. As a new home owner, it can be scary to learn how the plumbing works. I am grateful for Bill and RotoRooter for helping me learn about my system!

  We had a kitchen drain pipe leaking behind the wall. Bill came and located the leaking pipe, which is under the sink behind the wall and kitchen cabinets. In addition, in between two cabinets and shelves. In this scenario, it is very difficult to replace this leaking pipe without damaging the cabinets as the pipe is in a very tight spot. Also there isn't much room for the technician to move around within the 30 inches x 12 inches cabinet shelves, left alone to replace the pipe. Bill, thanks so much for the excellent job and for keeping our kitchen cabinets in one piece. We really appreciate it! You're the best!!

  Let me explain my review. The work was too notch. The service person was professional and polite. Unfortunately I didn't know how much it costs to replace a garbage disposal. After the technician left I realized I paid triple the cost. My disposal was a little over $200... That seemed normal. When I saw what others were charging for labor I realized I was bamboozled. Roto-Rooter charged me about $650 in labor for installation when according to the other quotes it should have been about $200 for labor. I asked for an email to discuss but I got a call when I want able to chat. Overall I am disappointed in the value I got.
