I have now called Roto-Rooter twice and both times I have had an amazing experience. My tech on both trips was Jeremy Oliver and Jeremy could not have been nicer and faster in identifying the problem and fixing it promptly. I would highly recommend this company, and specifically Jeremy, to anyone with a plumbing emergency. They have the small business mentality and kindness with the capabilities of a bigger company. Perfect combination in my opinion!

We needed Roto-Router to to unclog our kitchen drain. We had company that night from out of town and needed your services. I called at 4:30 PM and they were able to get someone out that evening. Our plumber Jeremy unclogged the drain in the kitchen and also had to go in the crawl space to completely clear the clog. He was very respectful and courteous. We greatly appreciate your services!
