Rick was very polite and professional. He had a neat appearance (with his job I'd imagine that's not easy lol) He was extremely thorough and didn't rush just to be finished with the job. He went over and beyond . And he didn't try to find extra issues just to charge more money. He was punctual and very much appreciated. We definitely found our go to for our plumbing issues. I highly recommend

Dave, our service technician was very professional and efficient. I called in to schedule an appointment and Roto-Rooter had a tech out within 3 hours. Dave got our new water heater installed and up to code in less than four hours. I am very pleased with the service and would use them again in future needs. Highly recommended!

My sump pump alarm was going off because the main pump had gone out. The repairman quickly diagnosed the problem and found I had a cracked pipe on the outside of the house. He explained my opinions for fixing the issue in a way that was easy to understand and make a decision. He installed a whole new system that was much more robust than my old one, and the entire system is a lot cleaner and mounted in place. It even connects to my wifi and sends out alerts! I am very happy with the service!
