Our service providers were very polite and friendly. Definitely on time considering they were actually 20 minutes early before the time slot- but I'm not complaining. Got the job done quickly and in a timely manner the day after Christmas- so I appreciate the timely manner in which they responded. I only drop one star because they did not accept coupons during time of payment, and we were explained that it needed to be presented at the beginning of service. The coupon on the website says "at time of service" so I wish that was a little more clear since generally speaking coupons are presented during payment. Thought it was also weird they were asking to use our plunger (which we didn't have yet we just moved in) and even our garden hose to channel water to the tub. Thought they would be using their own supplies. Also, while I understand the nature of the job is messy, I would appreciate if there was a little more attempt to avoid stepping on carpets with muddy/soiled boots since we were then advised to make sure to bleach everything. But all in all, great service and I would use again happily. UPDATE: The service not successful. They came back and said this was not the real problem and that there was a main sewer line break. Then got a quote for $8000. 1.) Wish they wouldn't done a full diagnostic or testing to have caught this the first time so we didn't pay >$650 for a sewage blockage clearing that didn't fix the real problem. 2.) We went with another company that quoted us >$1000 less with a 10 year warranty who were much more professional. I now wish I would have gone with them first. Wore shoe covers, masks, had proper paperwork to explain pricing and more.

Think of the worst experience you’ve ever had anywhere and multiply that times 10, that’s the experience I had with them! Worst communication! I was quoted a 4 hour window which I totally understood but no one showed up until 6 HOURS AFTER MY WINDOW. Then the person that showed up didn’t do what was asked, leak detection. Apparently you have to be certified and this man was not. Totally not his fault, he was very nice. I had to call them back myself to inform them that the job was not done because they didn’t even answer their own employees call, that’s just sad, poor guy. Someone finally showed up 22 hours after my window that I was quoted. I have plenty more to say about all the times I called them asking for an update but it was outrageous.
