Our plumber, Dexter Bryant, saved the day! He was not only able to understand & fix our plumbing issue, he was also very professional, friendly, courteous & focused on the task. He also came to our home an hour before the call center said to expect him & completed the job quickly. Which we REALLY appreciated, because we were still able to go to church. This man deserves a raise or a leadership position!

The Dexter, the technician was very nice and professional. He kept me informed on the progress and clearly explained what he believed the cause of my clogged drain. He appeared to be a very smart and hard worker. He also asked your company to send out a camera to make sure the clog had been completely removed. He cleaned the area that he worked in and left a great impression on the tenants.

I would highly recommend using this company. Each time I have called we were able to get someone out either that day (even in the late afternoon) or scheduled for the next day. Every employee I have spoken with has been kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They were able to diagnose my drain problems and fixed them fast! I will definitely keep them in mind for next time!
