Gabriel came to help us out after our sewage backed into our shower (gross). He was so kind, professional and reassuring. He got it fixed the next morning, and even helped with some cleanup. Price was reasonable, especially since it took him a while to get the job done. So thankful!!!

The appt was very quickly scheduled.  I received a phone call to let me know that our tech was on his way.  Brandon was VERY friendly and attentive.  He did a GREAT job, and I would very much recommend him to anyone!!!

Called needing emergency service for a water line in my new home that had been punctured with a nail. Explained water was running out of my wall and needed emergency services. Called around 5:25 PM 3/21/22. It's 3/22/22 and I'm still waiting for a call back. Service is a joke. Luckily I cut the water off and fixed the pipe myself. Will not ever give this business a chance again. Find someone local who actually needs the business. Clearly they're so busy they don't even need to call customers back or show up to do work. Must be awesome to run a business that doesn't need to make money.

Tech was late to the appointment window by over 60 min.  Good guy but had to go get some parts. Left after it was done but the water heater doesn't seem to be on or working.  I will call if it does not produce hot water.  Also he left the cover off the heater.

Excellent response time. Arrived two hours after first call. Quickly diagnosed the location of the clogged sewer pipe. Cleaned it out then scoped the the pipe to insure the problem was taken care of. Good friendly people. Tim Arnold

Beware do not use this company at all for plumbing or repairs as they will rip you off! I called because there was a leak overflow in my toilet.. I received a visit from the so called supervisor that came out and told me that I had 8,000 dollars worth of water damage and that I needed to file a claim with my insurance. Once the plumber arrived this was not the case and all I needed was a toilet replaced and and service line replacement.. I was charged $500 and I purchased the toilet myself.. These people do not have integrity and take advantage do not use them as they will try to scam you out of money unnecessarily. Luckily I have been blessed to meet people with great character and integrity that will take care of all of my plumbing needs!!

I had a simple issue of locating a drainage valve. As someone who is inexperienced with plumping in a new house, I wanted a professional to assist. The Roto-Rooter team came and performed the task in less than 10 minutes and charged over $200

I had the whole sewer system replaced in 3 days in March by Ruben. He had to work on a house that’s 84 years old with a rock foundation and earthen bank basement. He had a few issues to overcome but handled it like a true professional. All new piping under the house all the way to the street. I am extremely happy with the service provided today. I own a performance studio, and have two shows this weekend, and Roto-Rooter was able to fix our problem in excellent time!!! Saving the day!! Saving the shows!!!

We had a plumbing overflow problem at my small business late Friday night. We were able to do the clean up and turn off the toilets until the morning. I set up an appointment with Roto-Rooter for the following morning, 8am-12pm time window. Clean up showed up at 9 to check for any water damage. Then MY NEW FAVORITE PERSON EVER showed up around 11 to unclog our drains! He was able to fix the problem and now everything flushes and runs without issue!!!
