  I had a really great service experience with the people at this location. Within 5 minutes of first calling them, they told me they could have a plumber out in a couple of hours. An estimator called me shortly after that call to discuss the flooding in my basement. The same person arrived at my place 30 minutes later to access the situation. He was very friendly and helpful and was able to convince my landlord to cover the cost with his homeowners insurance so I wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket. The plumber showed up 2 hours or so later and was able to quickly clear the clog at the street level. He was very friendly and thoroughly explained what he thought the issue might be and what he was going to do. Later that night, the cleanup crew showed up and spent many hours cleaning out the water and sewage in our basement. They were also very friendly and helpful. They left fans and dehumidifiers in our basement and came by each day to check on them. Overall, very good experience. However, I interacted with a total of 6 people from this company in-person. None of them wore a mask during our interactions. Despite me greeting them wearing a mask, they made no attempt to put one on.

  I had a major clog on my main line upstairs which occurred at 5pm. Joe D. was my tech and was on time, extremely professional and communicative about what was going on with my plumbing issue. Overall, I’m very pleased with how he resolved my issue and also how well he cleaned up after the job was done. If I were Roto-Rooter, I’d advance him into new roles as quickly as possible because he had nothing but good things to say about management and the company as a whole. Also, to clear up the mask issue below my review, Joe had one on the entire time. Job well done!

  The best & I have a 6 months warranty on the repairs. They was on time didn't make a mess & cleaned up the area after they was done. Plus it was same day service definitely was worth the call. I received new faucets & pipes no more drips. Happy customers
