Gabby arrived early, diagnosed the problem quickly and got my sewer line clog fixed really quick. He did an amazing job of explaining the problem and all costs involved so I could understand what was going on. He was also incredibly careful to get the job done correctly the first time. Also, Roto Rooter picked up the phone at 10:30 at night and had the plumber here first thing in the morning, incredible service! I am so grateful that they took care of me so quickly and with such professionalism!

I was having issues with my shower and the water just wouldn’t even work on some days. I called maintenance late on a Friday, and they sent Roto-Rooter out to assist that following Monday morning. The tech, Brenden, was very courteous, friendly, nice, and respectful of my property. He kept us informed of what he was doing and what needed to be done. He even turned off the lights in the areas once he was finished in them! (Do you know how many people just leave on lights? He was certainly raised right.) A seemingly small gesture, but it speaks volumes to me. Brenden was able to detect the problem AND fix my shower in less than a couple of hours. This is the best water pressure I’ve had in my 3 years here! I can’t vouch for any of the other employees, but Brenden was awesome and I would certainly recommend him.

I had a severe blockage in my homes main sewer line. My toilet and bath/shower were completely non functional so a quick and effective solution was important. I made my appointment with Roto-Rooter around lunch time on a Saturday for 4pm and a representative quickly called and offered an even faster service time. My service technician, Steven arrived right on time and quickly made an assessment and got to work. Clearing the blockage was proving more difficult than normal but Steven’s 30 years of experience provided some extra tricks that he utilized to successfully clear the sewer line which was incredibly relieving on my end. He then showed me what to look for in a properly operating system and gave me some advice on being proactive in preventing any future issues. I cannot recommend Steven and the team at Roto-Rooter enough!
