We called in July 2021 for a drain clog, on a Saturday evening, and they had someone out for us first thing the next morning. (It was not an emergency, we did not need immediate help.) Van came out and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, quick, successful, and something that was a really big deal to us: he left things clean and tidy. I’ve had plumbers come and leave my home looking like wet garbage had been dragged through it. Van was tidy and made sure nothing was left a mess. We had to call them back out for a service in January 2022, and again Van came out. He does fantastic work. We are very pleased with him. He definitely takes care of his customers and does a good job. We would hire RR again based on his work.

Roto Rooter got me on the schedule super fast. From time I made an appointment to him leaving spanned about 3 hours. Kima came in and helped me find my outside pipe cleaning pipe and was very thorough about making sure nothing backed up until he left. He explained why each step had to take place and was very efficient.
