Avoid this place if at all possible. Our basement flooded and they were the first place that could respond. We were charged $5000 for the replacement of 2 sump pumps and water removal. They also called in their clean up crew. We were told that all floors and 2 ft of dry wall had to be removed from the whole basement. We were quoted $15,000-$20,000 for this, but told that they’d adjust that number if insurance wouldn’t be covering it. Insurance wouldn’t cover more than $5,000. They gave us a bill for $23,500 and when I questioned the cost, given what they said about adjusting the price, they told me that they weren’t even done adding everything up and that it *should* cost us over $30,000, and acted like they were doing us a favor by not charging that. They ended up sending an absurd 16 page itemized bill with a passive aggressive note on it about how fair their pricing was. Complete basement remodels can be done for less than the bill we paid.

Very unprofessional! I called at 7pm for an emergency visit when my basement had water all over the floor due to it backing up. I was told it would be $89.00 for an emergency visit, but it would be a while before the Technician could come out. Was told by the technician he would be out between 3am-5am and would call before coming out. Technician NEVER showed or called. I called the number at 5am and was told ma'am we don't have anyone to send out. You'll have to wait for the office to open. When the office finally called me back at 930am the next day, I was told that the technician was very overwhelmed, and had over 40 calls. Which I understood, but when I spoke to the technician there was 7 calls ahead, and the technician gave me a specific time he would be out. Needless to say we were very unhappy.

Thank you for your feedback, Amber. We are very sorry we were not able to get to you when we anticipated we would be able to. Sometimes the timeframe we give customers is altered by the length of all the calls scheduled prior. During that flooding rain event, we had all staff working around the clock and still were not able to service everyone within the anticipated timeframes. But I do assure you, we did the best we could, keeping our employees safety in mind too. Under normal circumstances, we are much more accurate in timing of appointments. Please accept our apologies.
