Kelly Trujillo, Brian and Robert with the clean up crew did an amazing job. They were very professional from the time they came into our home till the time they left. Felt very comfortable and everything was explained very thorough. Definitely went the extra mile to make sure that me and my husband were given the knowledge of what was going on and what our options were. If I could give more than a 5 without a doubt I would. They were honest and any work they did made sure that it was cleaned up and nothing left behind. I truely appreciate people like this and businesses that have employees like this that care.

Paul and Michael and Kelly did a very good job for me. I had significant water damage in a commercial building. They came almost immediately and started work right away. They were extremely competent, professional and thorough. It was obvious that they cared about getting the job done well and they were very helpful in assisting me with the insurance claim. I would use them again if the need arose.

My service technician's name was Paul he was very professional very polite and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do each step before he did it he also explained the estimate before any work was performed. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a plumbing need. Thanks for the great service. Paul is a wonderful representative of Roto-Rooter.
