I called RotoRooter to replace my main drain pipes for my house. Brad and crew coordinated with me, we’re extremely timely, spent time explaining and detailing all that they were doing, and made sure I was happy with and thoroughly understood my plumbing system. It was the lowest quote price I received after consult with several plumbers and I was extremely happy with the work completed. I would recommend them to anyone and will hopefully utilize Brad again should I need any further plumbing work. Thanks Brad and crew!

The technicians that came out were excellent and very professional. Unfortunately, they didn’t get the chance to do their job because Roto-Rooter has set their prices at an insane rate for residential sink clearing. $390 to simply snake a sink to the tree is highway robbery and a price I’m not willing to pay. I’ll call an equally qualified competitor for half the cost. Thanks again to the technicians that came out though. They were great. It’s not their fault their company prioritizes price gouging over customer care.

Richard was a professional and efficient employee. He fixed the issue while answering the questions I had and explaining what was going on the entire time. They honored my warranty from a past visit so the service was covered. Good to know a company will continue to work on an issue without charging you over and over.
