  Not a fan of their anytime flat rate fee. I waited til after the weekend to call them and they charged me $600 just to walk in the door and it only took him 15-30 minutes to snake the drain. My plumber would’ve charged me $160, but he was on vacation. Next time I’ll wait. The drain was cleared very quickly. The technician Mike was personable and efficient. He’d get a 5+ rating!! I did get a call back from the general manager, who saw that the tech was only at my house for 22 minutes and he adjusted my fee to an acceptable amount. I appreciated that they took the time to contact me and work out a compromise!

  Michael was very prompt and very professional. He was very polite and made sure that a camera person and a cleanup guy were gonna be here within a day or two. He cleaned out the sewer and told me that cloth wipes was the culprit here. He was very informative and told me there was a 30 day warranty and if anything happens again to give them a call and they would come back out and check it again. I was very appreciative and glad that this could be cleared and it wasn't anything major.

  Repair man Gav was here to fix out problem. What a joy this man is. I would call him back any time. Such a nice person, very kind and did a great job. Love how great this company is. Will use it again .He is a keeper. Thanks so much. The lady on the phone was really nice as well
