  I called to have my shower looked at the it would turn on and not turn off. All handles were all broken and I figured I needed knew ones. Colin upfront told me it was 75$ Just to look and 180$ and hour for repair. I have a ring camera in my house so I looked up when he came so I would know how much I was spending. After 25 minutes and declining his offer of 1000$ to install a new shower Body (which is extremely overpriced) Colin gives me a bill of 255. He claims he charged me an hour of service and the 75$. Once I corrected him he says oh let me call my boss. Boss ends up charging me 75$. I was fully prepared to give you 75$ and 90$ for your half an hour. Should have been honest. Found a licensed contractor to do it for half the price.

  They got the job done but charged $612 for 22 min worth of work. Also the amount they told us it would cost was $565. They then add tax$47 so make sure you ask whether the amount they tell you includes all taxes and fees.

  The gentleman that serviced our house call was very polite, courteous and efficient. The dispatcher gave a four hour window for him to arrive is here in the first 45 minutes. He knew exactly what to do and fix it in a timely manner. He quoted us before he started to make sure that we agreed on the price and they were no hidden fees later no bait and switch no tacking on extra charges. It’s the first time I’ve ever used Roto router but this experience was a very good one and I’m very confident with the skills that this gentleman head and he knew exactly what to do no guesswork, He knows his job very well and it’s good at it. I recommend This particular technician very highly!!! I believe his name was Darren or Derrick I’m embarrassed that I forgot because I want people to know who he is so that they can request him. He’s definitely the best of the best!!!
