  Efficient and came out next day. Plumber nice and very qualified. Negative aspects include equipment dirty and did not lay tarps on my wooden floors to place dirty snake hose and equipment. Got grease on wooden floors. Previously rotor rooter had been meticulous with equipment . Know they are short handed but hope they will resume high standards soon.

  I hired this company for a water heater installation in early 2021, and they were great. A year later I hired them for an urgent job despite the fact that their labor rate was much higher than any other company I looked into. I figured it would at least be done right, and you get what you pay for. This was not the case. Employee spent 15 minutes looking at a burst pipe I had already exposed for easy access, and then left for two hours in order to get materials from a supply store 2 miles from my place. Awful attitude from start to finish. Once he returned he informed me that fixing one small burst would cost me about $1000. I hadn’t had water for weeks, so I agreed to the price. The pipes ended up having more breaks, and he eventually had to call it a day, understandably. I was handed a bill for almost $1300, and told that because I still did not have water, the work I just paid for would most likely freeze and burst again. I asked what could be done to prevent that. The employee tells me I would need the EXACT equipment he had with him in order to save my investment. He then left. I called the office and explained my frustration, and was told to expect a call the next day. I waited a few days and called again. I was again told to expect a call the next day. It’s been over two weeks and I haven’t heard a word from them.

There are many different factors that play into our pricing structure, we apologize if our price did not meet your expectation. As a consumer you have the right to reject our services.
