Mike number 515. He was friendly efficient knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. I am extremely happy with him. He is not only a perfectionist in his work habits but also with his customer service. He make sure you understand everything and are totally happy before he leaves. We needed our sump pump and back-up pump replaced. Alex was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained everything that he proposed to do and kept us informed as the work progressed. He arrived later than was originally promised, but that wasn't his fault, and we were kept informed of when we could expect him to arrive. And, when the repairs started, he was able to complete the work in a shorter time than expected. We have used RotoRooter before, and we would use them again!

Woke up to no Hot water... My Water heater went after 26 years of service was leaking and out of order... Chuck was prompt, friendly and direct. Got to work quickly and finished faster than estimated. I was impressed by the speed and urgency he preformed his duties. Within a half hour of my initial call Chuck was here to assess the situation. After giving a very accurate quote he wasted no time. We now have Hot water and it was all thanks to Chuck and the team at Roto-Rooter. Thank you.
