I cannot thank Roto Rooter and Daniel enough!! My sewer pipes were clogged. Couldn’t shower, couldn’t flush, couldn’t do laundry or dishes! It was a nightmare! I tried to get my normal plumber out and while he came out he realized he didn’t have the right machine to do the job. After waiting five hours in hopes of him finding the machine he told me I’d have to call someone else. So I called Roto Rooter, not knowing who else was 24/7. I expected the worse! I thought for sure I was going to see an insane price tag given it was a Saturday and they couldn’t be here until after 5! However I was pleasantly surprised! Daniel was amazing, understanding and compassionate. He did the job quickly, explained what was going on, checked to make sure it wasn’t a tree root issue and got the job done!! And the price was so much better than I was expecting with a 6 month warranty!! I even got confirmation that I can feel good about calling Roto Rooter and in the future! I definitely will not hesitate to call them again! Thank you so much for saving the day and the rest of my weekend!!

We had major plumbing problems in our 90 year old house. After smelly backups, Master Plumber Royce Martin and Project Manager Kyle Thall identified and resolved problems of a section of sewer main piping and supplying branches under concrete slab. Both Royce and Kyle were FANTASTIC. Could not have been better. They are hard worker, professional, timely. Lots of years of experience and nice people too. Thanks again Royce and Kyle!

We had a clogged sink drain that we tried to fix ourselves. I called and they were on sight within an hour and had the drain cleared within 30 minutes of arrival. Andy was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with and he fixed our problem quicker than we could have hoped for.
