They made a difficult situation manageable. Shawn and the crew, Zach and Joe, were professional and respectful from the beginning, explaining the problem, options and their work along the way. They were personable and took care of everything so I could do my work. Doing a great job is always appreciative. Doing a great job and being kind is a lost experience it seems. These guys did both. Thanks so much!

Very impressed with Roto-Rooter from their very pleasant customer service operators to their very qualified service men. My particular service man, Ken, was great! He was knowledgeable, courteous, answered all my questions, and even cleaned the whole area he worked in before he left! Awesome!

I would have given 1 star and a awful review but Ken our technician was great! He is the only reason you’re getting a review and possible future business. The customer service reps were rude and your scheduling process is awful. When you’re so far behind you don’t need accept any more appointments. My time slot was for 3-5, it was 9:45 pm when Ken got here and 11:00pm when he left. But again, thank god for his professionalism and great attitude- he needs a raise and an additional paid vacation day to spend with his family. Not exaggerating.
