The first tech was very lazy. I paid $244.00 for him to change a washer in my bathtub faucet. After job was completed he mentioned it would leak again cause of another part that it needed which was a seat. I told him he could have mentioned that before he changed out washer. So he was leaving and I stated that it was still leaking he stated that I had to tighten it real hard. So I did and still leaking. By that time he left. Call back tech George Rangel had good customer service and listened to me. He knew I was upset due to 1rst tech. He took the time and and got the seat and changed out both hot and cold seats. Mr Rangel did a good job. I would recommend for customers to ask for George in the future.
