  My experience was great. They were on time, super friendly and helped me understand the actual issue with ways to fix it. They were quick, worked really clean and also made me feel comfortable! I highly recommend Rotor-Rooter for any plumbing needs. They also have a wonderful warranty service so if anything goes on, they will come back free of charge and work on the issue!

  Travis, from Roto Tooter got here very timely and determined what the problem was quickly. He was very professional and respectful. I could not have asked for anyone else who would have done as good a job. We discussed options and he tried to save us money in every way. He really cared! I would recommend this company very highly. They are on duty 24/7. Two other companies we called did not even get back to us until the next day. Don’t waste your time, just call Roto Rooter first and get the best. I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case it was definitely warranted!

  Raif provided exceptional services for us. He was knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with our plumbing promptly and efficiently. He adhered to all safety protocols such as wearing a mask, gloves, and shoes coverings. He patiently answered our questions and was respectful to us and our home. Will definitely use Rooter-Rooter services again in the future.
