Tate was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to ensure our clogged main line/sewer line were cleaned out. He was extremely knowledgeable, very personable, and went to great effort to keep the area clean. I was so impressed with how conscientious and decent he was! It's hard to find honest, dedicated, friendly people these days, but he was all 3! 5 stars and have already recommended him to others. Super, super pleased!!

The RR tech Mason did an outstanding job unclogging my main sewer line. He arrived on time. He was professional and quite knowledgable about the job. I felt he was actually interested in helping me as a customer and it showed in his work. I would 100% recommend Mason and this company. Great job! A happy Canton customer.

Had a water heater installed. Brandon was great to work with. Went over my entire plumbing system with me and explained everything he was doing and what should be done. I had lots of questions. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. Quality work. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone who wants their plumbing done properly. I’ve used a few other companies that were cheaper and I got what I paid for and paid more in the long run for poor work. Very satisfied and will be using Roto Rooter for all my plumbing needs!
