Ryan was very courteous and cared for our areas of our home that he had to work in. We needed an emergency floor drain unclogged to the main in 3 different lines.

He worked very hard at it, and was very successful. He put in a great deal of time, and was very professional about it.

He was able to get to our vacant rental property  the same day we called.  He cleaned the clogged line out into the street, plus he poured in an enzymatic product to helps clean the line. He called to let us know what all he did. We were very satisfied with the job. He was pleasant and competent.

My tech was knowledgeable and professional. The business communicated well during scheduling and were quick to respond and send someone out. I know they’re not the cheapest but when your main drain is clogged you need service quickly.

I had a clog that would not clear in my shower drain. I called roto rooter on a Sunday evening.  They were booked for that evening but got to me Monday morning and was able to fix the very deep clog in my pipes. They are knowledgeable and professional. Thanks!
