  Justin was on-time, very professional and super knowledgeable. His ability to “problem solve” was exceptional. He had a kind, personable demeanor yet still maintained a level of professionalism. My dog loved him LOL, and Justin was a good sport about it. I’m so glad I called and feel relived to know someone of his competency and aptitude took charge. HIGHLY recommended

  We had a plumbing water issue that we was very unsure about cost this is my first experience calling Roto-Rooter and I have to say that I was very pleased with the technician his name was Josh he was very upfront and extremely friendly my husband and I new the cost from the start he also was on time as well he called us right before arriving And that made us feel very comfortable knowing that we were working with a very quality company I definitely do not regret calling Roto Rooter. I will definitely be back should we need anything like that in the future I had to recommend this company

  Roto-Rooter responded quickly to my online service request. They kept me well informed of when my technician would arrive and safety protocols that would be followed. Even sent me his picture which was helpful. Dustin Lewis worked very hard to clear my clogged drain and installed two faucets making sure he communicated with me all along the process and that I was satisfied. He was professional, efficient and friendly. The results are great and I am very pleased with the service I got from Roto-Rooter. I highly recommend them!
