The repairman that came out to my house were very professional on time they catered to my needs and help repair my drains that were backing up. I think they were in and out of my house in less than 45 minutes they cleaned up as they went. Truly a great experience I will absolutely call again for any future plumbing needs.

So, this happened a bit ago, and I wanted to make it clear that I tried reasoning them, and it wasn't everyone's fault over at rotorooter (their receptionists deserve a raise and are awesome). The person I spoke with was Jeff. They replaced some of my drain pipe up to the sidewalk and I was planning on doing the rest of the pipe up to the main line when I could plan it out. Well, originally the work order called for a sidewalk cut and pipe replacement. They ended up not doing it because of the fact that more than that spot needed to be done. I tried to get refunded for the work they didn't do (about 2000, I asked for 1500). Jeff told me that on my receipt, they replaced my water line. This water line was NOT in the work order and I was told that it was free due to it not being part of the plan and it was on them. I asked Jeff how much it would be to have my water line replaced, and he told me 1500. I told him that he would be double dipping because they would be double charging on labor. I sent pictures of the water line following the sewage line and how it connected to existing pipe to go under the driveway and to the water shutoff. He only offered 500 as compensation for what was supposed to be free. NONE of their policies state that they AREN'T responsible for the water line being broken, and they never gave me a new work order giving me a new total like their policy DOES state. I will never give them my business again, purely because of my interaction with Jeff and his inability to own up to being wrong and resolving the matter. They have some wonderful techs and receptionists, but their business model isn't very trustworthy if they aren't willing to own up to their mistakes and then compensate accordingly.

They have a great team that has helped with a couple water heaters and fixed the not so professional work that had bed. Done by others. I highly recommend them and their team. They’re happy to answer question and help you understand issues that could come up in other units they hadn’t serviced.
