  I had an amazing experience with Roto-rooter. The office was friendly and they let me know ahead of time when the technician was on his way, they also stayed true to the appointment time I scheduled. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended I replace my water heater and install an expansion tank. He did an amazing job and left the area clean and would answer any questions I had. The whole process was very quick and I am very satisfied with the work he did. Roto-Rooter has the best plumbers in area. Can’t recommend them enough.

  I’m super pleased with the service I received! They camera and located a break in my line. I received an estimate for the repair costs and my line was fixed in a timely matter. They technicians were very professional. Will call them anytime I have any plumbing issues.

  Love the guys Vic and Craig always take care of me. No matter how small or big the fix it up right. Rotorooters company pricing is a bit much but it's hard to put a price on quality work. Best techs in the Morgantown area. Always try to do the work in a precise manner and leave as little mess behind them as possible. Likes to explain issues in a manner the normal person can understand. They also don't just clear the lines and take off if they feel further inspection is required. Will always let me know if repair work need be done and how and what it would take to complete it. 10/10 would recommend.
