  Far too expensive! They charged me $319.95 for one hour labor to fix the toilet and $70 for travel. The technician did not give me an estimate before he started to work, he only say he will only charge me one hour's labor. But I did not expect that one hour 's labor is so expensive. And they did not mention anything about travel charge also. When I call their office to clarify whether the charge is right, the receptionist is very rude and hang up on me. I will never use this company again.

  We were very sorry to hear about your disappointment. The invoice that you signed reflected the tech quoted you a cost that you signed and agreed to. There was a final signature as well regarding the cost that you agreed to and signed. Payment was made to the tech. The owner called and left a message in an attempt to discuss your concerns. I (office manager) attempted to speak with you as well and you refused my help. We will continue to reach out to you.

  As usual, Roto-Rooter sent a professional plumber quickly, I had a leak in the basement and Tony found 4 holes in various pipes behind the wall. He figured out how to replace old pipes of different materials. It was a complicated problem and he did an excellent job.

  I had roto rooter come out and repair a toilet a few years ago. They ended up replacing the toilet, upon finishing the job the technician informed me my toilet was missing the flange. Rather than fix the problem, or give me the opportunity to have them fix the problem, they just secured the toilet to the cast iron pipe and left it. It wasn't until later I learned how serious of an issue this is. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this company.

  We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with our services. In 2018 we visited your home for a call advising there was a wet spot on the floor and that you were not sure where it was coming from. When the tech arrived, he found that your subfloor was very soft from a leak that had been occurring for quite some time at the commode. You requested that we replace your toilet, which we did. The tech noted that he offered to make the necessary repairs to install a proper flange but the floor had to be replaced first. Customer notes state that you wanted the toilet reset for the time being. I would be happy to email you a copy of the paperwork. I am relieved to hear that you have not needed to reach out since February of 2018. I would be happy to have a technician come out at no charge to look at whatever situation you are having and offer a resolution.
