Quick, efficient, and kind. They arrived at our busy corporate restaurant to assess the leak under the bar sinks Thursday, and had it fixed Friday morning before we opened. It looks amazing, the entire pipe and connections were replaced to ensure we wouldn’t have any problems down the road. Would recommend to any who needs the job done right!

I’ve used this service twice. Both times, the technicians were fantastic. They explained everything clearly, and the prices were within ranges I found online. Today, they planned to send a tech in two hours and then called back to ask if he could come early. From my call to the solution took under 1.5 hours. I had one problem with a night call a few months ago, but they made up for it in the morning. I will gladly use them in the future when needed.

Absolutely terrible service and horrible experience with the main office. We had a plumber come out to do a very simple job of installing a garbage disposal. Despite specifically telling him that putty was needed around the flange, he did not put putty around the flange and it ended up flooding our brand new cabinets and warping them. It took another day or two to get the plumber back out and luckily they fixed it that time. However, when I asked about a refund I was told "talk to the plumber, get your original check back, and he'll sort it out". To his credit, the plumber admitted he made the mistake, was gracious about it, and said he'd charge it as a normal job and it would be less than what was originally charged. Unfortunately, months later the main office called back and said I owe them an additional $690 because the plumber was not authorized to give refunds. They then acted like they were doing me some great favor by waiving the service charge for the visit to fix their own screw up.
