Tim was friend and did a great job. This was an after hours emergency call, so the price was a little higher than I was thinking, but all and all I was satisfied with the service. I was amazed at the speed that Tim got to my house too. I put in a request and he was at my house and working on my repair within the hour.

I was originally going to call HEP because we also have an AC issue but tried to call several different numbers listed for them and most weren’t in service or nobody answered. I called Roto Rooter because my fiancé said they use them at work and I can’t say enough good things about them. The lady that answered (right away) was instantly responsive and polite and had Rick (plumber) call me back within a minute or so. He headed out the door and came to the rescue immediately. He arrived super quickly on a Saturday evening and went to work. He was polite, professional, helpful and just an overall good person who was genuinely interested in helping me and hopefully fix the problem for good. He explained what he was doing and dumbed it down for me when I didn’t understand. Nobody wants to spend money on plumbing issues but I would’ve been ok with paying more if I had to considering how great and fast the service was even after hours. Rick needs a raise! I hope you know what a gem of a guy you have working for you and if I ever have any other issues, he will be the one I call (let’s just hope I don’t need to). Thanks Rick! Extremely responsive and very satisfied with the quality of workmanship. I called after hours for a leak, and the on-call plumber called me within minutes. He was at our place within the hour and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue.
