Roto Rooter was prompt, professional, and did a quality job of scoping the water outflow line from our house to the street. They were easy to schedule, they arrived on time, and finished promptly and with advice for future maintenance. Our service person, Cameron, was articulate and helpful

Buzz did a good job of the repairs but charged me three times of the original price for the parts, in addition to over $300 labor for the work of 20 minutes, or 40 minutes if his diagnosis time is counted. Happy with his work but unhappy as about his overcharging the parts.

The plumber Buzz was professional and fast and communicated what he thought was going on and gave a fair estimate. Also pleased with the office staff in getting our problem seen in the same day.
