Saul and Dennis installed a new water heater for us and also fixed a leaky pipe. They were super friendly and did a great job getting everything in and up to code, and communicated with us throughout the process. We thought they might have to tear down a small wall or break some tile to get it in, but they managed to leave everything intact. We also really liked that they were able to come in the next day to do all of the work. We'll definitely call again the next time we have plumbing needs!

The technician was prompt and effective. My only issue is the cost.  I was not provided with any estimate of the cost during the scheduling phone call.  I'm not familiar with the plumbing costs and I haven’t had to have a plumber work on my house for several years, but the final bill was in my opinion exorbitant.  The final bill for a simple snaking of a cleanout which took about 10 minutes and a total time of service of about ½ hour was $420.00.  That equates to $840 per hour.

Santiago was very professional and friendly! He showed up on time and was extremely thorough in explaining the process, I would definitely use their services again and 100 % would recommend them!!!!

Endi from Roto-Rooter installed a Navien tankless water heater for me and he did a wonderful job and was clearly very experienced installing Navien tankless water heaters. It was one of the more complex single-unit residential installations, as I installed NaviCirc recirculation with a hotbutton and NaviLink to connect it to the internet.  He did everything great, was very open and honest throughout, was very professional and a good communicator, and completed the job wonderfully.

this company ran a snake that took less than 1/2 hour and charged $368.00 in labor.  I have used roto rooter at rental properties in the past for the same service and been charged 200.00 or less.  In short, it was a rip-off.  Beware.
4/30/21-This is a follow up to the above post.  My criticism was based on the charges, not the quality of the work, the timeliness of the company's response or the overall service--all were good and the company deserves the praise others have confirmed.  In response to my criticism of the charges, the company contacted me and we have resolved that issue to our satisfaction and to the company's considerable credit.   .

Last Friday evening Santiago Martinez and Israel Chavez-Lopez responded to our call to resolve a clogged sewer line. Santiago and Israel were very responsive, efficient and professional, using the Power-Jet to clear the clog at the line's city tap and subsequently performing a camera inspection to verify the sewer-line's condition. I would highly recommend Santiago and Israel to anyone who is looking for knowledgeable and competent plumbing services while providing excellent customer service.

We recently ran into a septic issue where our leach field reached the end of its life.     Santiago was top notch in explaining the failed old system and thorough in describing how the new Easy-Flow system could be installed.   Santiago and his workers Isarael, and Jaime were top notch- hard workers who did professional work with minimal disturbance to our natural landscape. We called Roto-Rooter in Santa Fe twice previously to root our kitchen sink drain and were pleased with the timeliness, service and price. So when we needed our drain rooted again we called and made an appointment for them to come out. The repairman couldn't make it by 2pm and finally had to call and schedule the appointment for the next morning. Two men came out and resolved the plugged line within half an hour. Everything went smoothly until they handed me the bill for $400, twice the amount I had been charged 18 months previously. Called the office to see if there was a mistake. No, they were under new management and prices were set by corporate. Basically, I was stone walled. They are no longer the low priced, timely company I had experienced in the past. So, will never do business with Roto-Rooter again.

He was excellent.  Went out of his way to ensure all problems were handled.

They performed a sewer scope and gave an accurate second opinion on the sewer line. They saved us tens of thousands of dollars with their knowledgeable and professional service.
