  Jon and the other guy with him were wonderful! They quickly and effectively got the job done. My garbage disposal had come a part so they repaired that and they also replaced a 15 year old water heater after giving me all of my options. I will use them again in the future and would recommend them to any friends or family!

  Jordan was amazing!!! I was told to expect a technician between 12 - 1p and he was here right at 12p. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail with estimated costs, possible solutions, and future solutions. He was finished in a timely manner and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with this young man and the job quality!!! I Definitely recommend Roto- Rooter for your plumbing needs!!!

  We were very pleased w the prompt, professional service we received from Jon, who repaired our leak, and Andy who replaced our toilet. They were both very professional and courteous. I was also impressed with the office staff who promptly answered our calls and confirmed our appointments via emails and then called us when the technicians were on there way. From now on all our plumbing needs will be handled by Roto Rooter. Sincerely, Dave Cobb
