  I have been hunting down plumbers for over a month now. I've even had 2 different people service my plumbing and was still having the same issues. Roto-Rooter sent out 2 very responsive and respectful gentlemen that not only resolved the issue, they scoped the main line and found a break in my pipe. I truly appreciated the fast and thorough service they provided.

  Do not use this company! They charge outrageously just to come out, then another charge per HOUR to find the issue, and yet ANOTHER CHARGE for the supplies and time to do it. Yes, it seems like that’s understandable, but when your bill is over $1,200 you would think and expect the job to be done. No, they did not fix it right, which inevitably had us with no water for almost an entire week, because it was on the main water line and no one would answer the phone. I assure you that there are more honest, hard working companies out there who will fix this right the first time and be on call if there are any issues.

  Austin and his partner were awesome! They were on time, friendly, and got the job done in a timely manner. They also let me know step by step what they were doing showed me results, and gave me a recommendation of how to prevent my problem from happening in the future. I will definitely recommend them and use them in the future if I need someone. Plus the price wasn't bad.
