Our toilet backed up, & overflowed in the basement. I called late in the day they sent a great technician. Due to his previous assignments and the weather he didn’t arrive until almost 10 o’clock the weather was so bad I felt like that he might not come at all. That night it was in the 20s and snowing sideways in terrible wind. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem and went outside to run a clean out tool up into the plumbing inside the house. He worked hard outside for over an hour to unstop our toilet! We were very pleased with his work. It was a hard job and he never once complained about the weather! The price was very fair, He gave me an estimate before he started the work and there were no extra charges. Excellent service! I highly recommend them.

Third time I've used RotoRooter after having several other plumbers come out and not get the job done. Anthony was our technician these last two times and I highly recommend. He took his time and did a thorough inspection and repair. Always pleasant and excellent customer service with Holly in the office!

I called in the morning and had a technician at my house later that afternoon to address a leaky shower head. Brandon was friendly and knowledgeable and has fixed the issue. I appreciated his safety focus of wearing a mask and leaving the area clean when complete. Also, the one year warranty is nice.
