  I set up the appointment late on a Thursday and Ben got to me by early Friday afternoon. He assessed the project, went for parts and had the job done by late Friday afternoon. He was timely and very professional. He had two separate issues to fix under our crawl space which is only about 2' high with duct work to dodge and very fine sand that creates its own problems. He repaired the PVC drain pipe from a tub that had broken loose from a cast iron waste pipe. Then, he had to cut out a section of cast iron pipe draining the kitchen sink, disposal and dishwasher because it had clogged and split. His pictures looked like we'll have no worries with either issue. I really needed a timely repair because the leak had damaged a major supply duct for our HVAC system to half of our L-shaped ranch. So, I didn't shop the price. Perhaps I could've beaten the price a bit but I didn't think it seemed out of hand. Thanks to Ben we can move forward with the next issue asap ;)

  Ben and the other technician were great! He knew almost immediately what the issue was and fixed it quickly. Very knowledgeable and even gave me info on the deeper issue that’ll have to eventually be fixed. They really deserve a raise this was the best plumber experience I’ve had by far thank y’all!

  I am very upset the tech showed up drunk and was very unprofessional from the beginning of the call. To tell me his “ETA” , the tech told me that they charge $150 late night fee, 90$ for service fee plus whatever the parts and repairs cost. We were told the minimum fee for them to come out would be $90 but this guy tried to add charges on so he wouldn’t have to come out to do the job. The worker showed up to our house and walked in as if he was in a hurry to leave before checking out the problem. A strong smell of alcohol was on him. He walked from one restroom to the other with his equipment rubbing against our walls and dropping the equipment on our floors after it’s been used. We couldn’t understand why he couldn’t check to see what was wrong with the toilet. He was very unprofessional from the beginning from lying about the price to telling me he can’t buy a new toilet for us, which we didn’t ask for, we just needed unclogged toilets and the Plumber told us one is working but you’ll need a 5 gallon bucket of water and the other goes down slow so you can’t use toilet paper. We’re not the smartest people on earth but we’re pretty sure toilet paper is supposed to be able to go down the toilet. He did absolutely nothing, our toilets are still not flushing down.
