  I had a problem with my hot water heater pipe leaking in the crawl space. Even though you were so busy and didn't have enough employees, you sent me a technician the next day. He was very professional, quick, and did a wonderful job. I will definitely be using your service in the future. I give Ray 5 stars.

  Just got told by Roto-Rooter that I'd either have to take down the review or they'd no longer be doing business with us.. people doing business with these guys good luck to you especially if you are under warranty because they don't care about you just your money... Have a 6 month to year warranty with them so that if something goes wrong then they are supposed to come out and fix it for free, and so far they have not been coropitive apparently those costumers who are paying are the only ones who get their things fixed 🤔. Because before we got warranty they'd be here when they said they would, and they would get the job done but now with the warranty guess we are not important enough for them.. ALSO HAVE 4 MONTH OLD AND DON'T NEED BABY GETTING BURNED BECAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO FIX HOT WATER

  Elijah was kind, courteous and thorough. I had a late night issue and Elijah drive over an hour from his previous call to my house. I know he must have been tired after such a long day, but he treated me like I was his first customer of the day. Thank you, Elijah! Karen
