  Technician assured us that all would be well after he had unclogged main drain and “in a home this old the drains were in great condition and probably wouldn’t need to return for another 6-12 months”. Just shy of two weeks later it never fully became unclogged and having the same problem. They will return but fees and rates apply. So much for the 90 day guarantee they claim (that we were never told would not apply to our visit). Will NEVER use this company again. Great customer service after such a nice bill.

  I can't say enough bad things about this place. Barb is RUDE to anyone who might not rank on her socioeconomic system because they own a mobile home. She acted like the issue was my fault and didn't even try to hold back her disgust at the fact that I purchased a mobile home and actually lived in it! Despite the fact that I filed a homeowners insurance claim, she told the remediation company that she didn't want to take on the job because payment might be an issue....BECAUSE I LIVE IN A TRAILER. I am NOT the broke trash she thinks I am. Barb At roto rooter of siouxland will discriminate against you. This place is the worst! No compassion and unable to fix anything!

  Barb cheerfully answered my call in distress early this morning! She sent Andrew out to the rescue. He did an excellent job with no mess and a smile at the end. He made sure everything was flowing smoothly! The price was reasonable and my level of stress is back to normal! Thank you for your service!
