  I live out of state and the repair was to my rental home. Brandy took my call and was not only informative, she helped ease my mind that everything would be handled on their end. Jake spent so much of his time helping me with all of my questions. Chris let me know before he arrived, what was happening during, and after. Living out of state, I would trust these 3 and this company with any issues I may have. I am truly grateful and at ease with peace of mind.

  Wylen, Chris, and his crew did an excellent job walking us through the process of repairing our sewer line. They were honest, easy to work with, and made time for all of our questions. The price was fair too. I highly recommend them, and would use them again in the future if needed.

  Matt Holloway removed our old sump pump and installed a new one. He was very knowledgeable about this process and the other services Roto Rooter provides. He was able to take out a sump pump that had a lot of issues from the previous installation by another installer. He also made an extra trip to Kokomo for parts to make sure the service he was providing was precise. I highly recommend Matt for your future plumbing services.
