  I was concerned about a slow running toilet. Dwayne gave a check up and informed us it is good, maybe look into getting new updated toilet. We asked him to check the 2nd one and again all good (it’s a newer model). I will be calling them to install my new toilet in the new year. PS no charge since there was no work. WOW. Great customer service on all ends. Will be requesting Dwayne from now on.

  Very professional and thorough in his work. Did not leave until everything was working correctly and cleaned everything up when he was finished. Definitely would call for Tyler again.

  Had my sump pump malfunction on Christmas Day. Had technician out to my house within two hours, and replaced sump pump. Very knowledgeable technician and quick process. Grateful they could fit us in on the holiday
