When other companies were going to make us wait until “after hours” (& then pay double time), Roto Rooter got someone out to us within the hour. Our technician, James, was kind, pleasant, communicative, and knowledgeable. He displayed professional integrity, as he uncovered an underlying problem that he could’ve otherwise pretended to not see in order to simply get paid. Such individuals make a company great. A+ work!

Adam, Chris and the rest of their teams were super friendly and helpful! We had water damage from our upstairs bathroom into our kitchen below. They were very quick to get it all cleaned out and repair the plumbing. We are new, first time home owners and this was our first big repair. Their help with understanding the issues as well as navigating through our homeowners insurance was priceless!

I really appreciate these guys. I had an issue with sewage backing up into my basement. These guys were very helpful through the whole process from the technician that came out to try and fix the problem to the restoration team that cleaned up the mess. Thank you for all your help and the great job you did. I have my basement back, lol.
