I waited 3 days for an appointment. Then I waited 7 hours for the service man. Nobody asked to tell me he was running behind schedule . When he arrived he whined and complained about how difficult to access the clean out (he was a very large man and clean out is in a cabinet.). He ended up not cleaning my sewer line because he couldn’t open the stopper!!!! and only cleaned the shower drain of a small clump of hair. I am looking for a better service for the future. Never again.

Had a minor clog and flood/puddles come up from basement laundry room floor drain late at night. New owner to the home so not super familiar with all potential plumbing issues that have come up in the past. Called RotoRooter first thing in the morning and they were able to come early in the afternoon and check my main line. Thankfully the clog resolved itself and no major damage. The technician was quick and professional and got the job done quickly which I appreciated. Not familiar with costs for service calls such as this so not sure if the cost was good or not but seemed fairly reasonable for what needed to be checked. Will certainly use again if in a pinch and for emergencies and will update review if anything changes. But overall satisfied!

I was ultimately totally impressed with the tech’s doggedness in clearing the drain that appears to have a rather unusual drainage construction. Not only did he demonstrate a knowledgeable understanding of the particular situation but with a personality you just don’t see much of any more. 10 stars easy!
