  Very unprofessional. They did not take into consideration that my water was continuously leaking. It took 7 hours for them to call back and they couldn't give an estimated time. I missed a whole day of work waiting on them. They advertise that they have several guys but "only so many was available." I will never call them again, nor would I recommend them.

  They broke the sewer and gas line on Tuesday and still haven't came to fix it yet. They didn't tell us they broke the gas line. We started smelling gas had to call the gas company. The gas company said rotor rooter has to fix it They still haven't came yet
