  A+++++ We had a main sewer line clog, called Roto-Rooter Mazama Services, they came out the same day, jetted/cleaned out the line & cleared it! Keith the technician was friendly, professional, knowledgeable & worked hard to get the clog cleared! Heather & Michelle in the office couldn't have been more pleasant & understanding! We are very grateful, highly recommend this company & will definitely call again should we need to!!

  I had 2 clogged toilets, and the septic tank people weren’t sure when they could get to my house. I contacted Roto-Rooter, and they sent a technician out. Justin worked outside in the dark in 50 degree weather doing everything he could do clear the main line while running to check the septic tank. It’s the effort that I appreciate. He communicated and explained everything so that I understood the issue. He was knowledgeable and kind. I truly appreciated the service.
